I’d have to disagree with you tbh on this point. I couldn’t care less if other fans say we nicked it. Also, turning around and putting your arms around the shoulders of two strangers shows that all city fans are coming together to support their team on its way to victory and success in whichever competition we’re competing in. If you feel ‘uncomfortable’ showing that you’re with all the other city fans who want to celebrate our success and future successes then why do you go to matches??

I don’t know about group C being the hardest. Even discounting my rudimentary mathematics (which is obviously not 100% scientific) and looking at it in general, Germany should walk that group. There are two absolute pushovers in that group in the form of the Faroes + Kazakhstan, and Sweden and Austria are shadows of the teams they were 10 or 15 years ago (when the likes of Freddie Ljungberg and Henrik Larsson were playing).

The only team to put up any real fight in group C in my opinion will be the ROI and I think that’s more to do with their mentality and their will to win than an abundance of skill.

Totally disagree! The hardest group is group C (you calculated it as easiest!!!) then B and D
The easiest i think is I (yes France and Spain, cause there is no competition for them to take 1st and 2nd) and then G (greece is always lucky at draw) and A
